HOW TO ORDER
Step 1 : Submit logo artwork & info
Browse our various styles of caps on our website, select the one that suits your preferences, and submit your logo artwork along with details such as fabric, color, size, etc.
Step 2 : Confirm details
Our professional team will submit digital mock ups to you along with recommendations, ensuring the design is exactly what you want.
Step 3 : Pricing
Once the design is finalized, we will calculate the costs and provide a quotation for your final approval.
Step 4 : Sample Order
Once the price and sample fee are approved, the sample will be produced and sent to you for approval upon completion. The sampling lead time is normally 2-3 weeks. Your sample fee will be refunded if your order of the sampled style reaches or exceeds 300 pieces.
Step 5 : Production Order
Once you decide to proceed with a bulk production order, we will issue a proforma invoice for you to arrange payment of a 30% deposit. Production lead time is normally 6 to 7 weeks, depending on the complexity of your design and our current production schedule.

Sit back and relax while our team closely monitors every step of your order’s production process to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered.
Step 7 : Shipping
Our team will contact you a few days before your goods are due for completion to confirm your delivery details and present shipping options. Once your order passes final inspection by our quality control team, your goods will be shipped immediately, and we’ll keep you informed on the shipping status.

OUR LEAD TIME
Sample lead time:
Once design details are confirmed, it usually takes around 15 days for regular styles or 20-25 days for complicated styles.
Production lead time:
The production lead time starts after the final sample is approved and varies based on style, fabric type and decoration type.
Normally our lead time is around 45 days after order confirmation, sample approval and deposit receipt.

Price Terms:
EXW/FCA/FOB/CFR/CIF/DDP/DDU
Payment Terms:
Our payment term is 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance paid against the copy of B/L OR before shipment for air shipment/express shipment.
Payment Option:
T/T, Western Union and PayPal are our usual payment methods. L/C at sight has monetary limitations. If you prefer another payment method, please contact our salesperson.

QUALITY CONTROL
Quality Control:
We have a complete product inspection process, from material inspection, cutting panels inspection, in-line product inspection, finished product inspection to ensure product quality. No products will be released before QC checking.
Our quality standard is based on AQL2.5 for inspection and delivery.
Qualified materials:
Yes, all materials are sourced from qualified suppliers. We also test materials according to buyers’ requirements if needed; the test fee will be paid by the buyer.

SHIPPING
How to ship out the goods?
According to the order quantity, we will choose the economic and speedy shipment for your option.
We can do Courier, Air shipment, Sea shipment and combined land&sea shipment, train transportation according to your destination.
What is shipping method for different quantity?
Depending on the ordered quantities, we suggest the below shipping method for different quantity.
– from 100 to 1000 pieces, shipped by express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc), DOOR To DOOR;
– from 1000 to 2000 pieces, mostly by express (Door to Door) or by air (Airport to Airport)
– 2000 pieces and above, generally by sea (Sea Port to Sea Port)
What about the shipping costs?
The shipping costs depend on the shipping method. We will kindly seek quotations for you before shipment and assist you with the goods’ shipping arrangements.
We also provide DDP service. However, you are free to choose and use your own Courier account or Freight Forwarder.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We currently ship to most countries in the world.
How can I track my order?
A shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the order is shipped out.
